Why RGA Frisco
Traditional. Technical. No shortcuts.

The First Roger Gracie Academy In America.

We honor the traditional martial arts path that made Roger Gracie the greatest competitor in Jiu Jitsu history: precision over pressure, technique over strength, and mastery through consistent repetition. Martial artists are developed here one class at a time, one position at a time, one lesson at a time — for self-defense, for sport, and for life. Read our mission.

Three systems.
One round.

All three energy systems run from the first grip. The opening scramble is paid for in stored ATP, the middle of the round in glucose, and the whole six minutes sits on top of your aerobic engine — still working at the buzzer.
